PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinal osteosynthesis system that is simple, light-weight, and short, as well as that does not prevent movability and flexibility of a spinal column and growth of a child.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a spinal osteosynthesis system that includes at least one flexible rod mounted so as to slide freely and to be pivotally guided in a connection member 12 such as a pedicle screw 10 for connection to a fastening means on a vertebra.
