Provided in the present invention is a decompression drainage device enabling intraosseous purulent exudate, bacteria, foreign material and the like to be forcibly discharged if osteomyelitis occurs. The decompression drainage device comprises: a drainage chamber inserted into the bones and into which intraosseous exudate is introduced； a drainage tube located inside the drainage chamber and discharging the exudate from the drainage chamber； and a pressure control unit comprising a first through hole at one side and a second through hole at the other side and comprising a drainage control unit for controlling the pressure of the drainage tube, wherein the drainage chamber comprises: an inlet part located at one side； a suction part comprising a first inlet hole through which the exudate is introduced； and a stopper comprising a first stopper hole into which the drainage tube is inserted, and connected with the inlet part, wherein the drainage tube can be inserted into the first through hole and pass through the second through hole.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de drainage par décompression permettant à l'exsudat purulente intraosseux, aux bactéries, aux matières étrangères et similaires d'être déchargés de force si l'ostéomyélite se produit. Le dispositif de drainage de décompression comprend : une chambre de drainage insérée dans les os et dans laquelle l'exsudat intra-osseux est introduit； un tube de drainage situé à l'intérieur de la chambre de drainage et évacuant l'exsudat de la chambre de drainage； et une unité de contrôle de pression comprenant un premier trou traversant d'un côté et un second trou traversant de l'autre côté et comprenant une unité de contrôle du drainage pour réguler la pression du tube de drainage.
