In a limited area in which a tidal difference is constant, it is possible to dramatically increase the productivity of farms by simultaneously cultivating the laver and the oyster.본 발명은 일정 간격으로 배열되어 일단이 바닥에 삽입 고정되는 복수의 지주대, 상기 지주대의 일정 높이에 수평으로 고정되어 김을 양식할 수 있는 김발, 상기 김발이 고정된 지주대의 하부에 김발보다 낮은 위치에 고정되어 굴의 채묘연을 고정할 수 있는 채묘연고정줄 및 굴의 종묘가 부착하여 성장하는 채묘연을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 김 굴 복합양식장치 및 이를 이용한 김 굴 복합양식방법을 제공함으로써 그조수간만의 차가 일정한 제한된 지역에서 김과 굴을 동시에 복합양식하여 양식장의 생산성을 획기적으로 증가시키킬 수 있다.
