The invention relates to a portable dustpan structure for cleaning pet droppings, comprising a box body (20), a tubular member (30), a rod (40) and two caster units (50). The tubular member (30) can pivot relative to the box body (20) between an upright position and a flat position. In the upright position, the mouth (21) of the box body (20) faces upwards, pet droppings will not fall out and there is space saving for easy storage. In the flat position, pet owners can scrape pet droppings from the can body (20).
