PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical tube less prone to buckle when bending.SOLUTION: A medical tube 100 capable of internally inserting medical related instruments 200 to be inserted in the body of a patient comprises: at least one insertion section 2 that is formed on a wall part of the medical tube 100 along the longitudinal direction of the medical tube 100 for inserting at least one of the medical related instruments 200 and drive mechanisms 300. The medical tube 100 has a bellows tube shape by repeating changes of enlarging the diameter of the medical tube 100 along the longitudinal direction of the medical tube 100, from a first diameter to a second diameter that is larger than the first diameter, and then reducing the diameter from the second diameter to the first diameter.
