The present invention relates to sheet butter which is convenient to use, and a production method thereof. More specifically, the sheet butter includes butter, vegetable oil, and a stabilizer. In addition, the production method comprises: (S1) a step of producing a mixture by mixing butter, vegetable oil, and a stabilizer (S2) a step of producing butter in a fluidized state by homogenizing the mixture (S3) a step of providing sheet-shaped butter by moving the homogenized fluidized state butter to a charger to be filled and by extruding and rapidly cooling the same in a continuous sheet form and (S4) a step of cutting the sheet-shaped butter. According to the present invention, by including butter, vegetable oil, and a stabilizer, the sheet butter has a maintained shape without being rapidly melted even at room temperature.
