The invention concerns novel platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) complexes associated with amphiphilic polymers for enhancing the physical and chemical and stability of the therapeutic protein for pharmaceutical applications. The invention also concerns a method for preparing the PDGF-amphiphilic polymer complex characterized in that it consists in preparing said polymer/PDGF-BB complex in an aqueous medium and in the absence of organic solvent likely to cause denaturation of the protein and the use of said PDGF-amphiphilic polymer complex for preparing a therapeutic wound-healing composition for topically treating ulcers.
