The present invention relates to a raw meat fermentation aging system with a humidification device. In particular, the raw meat fermentation aging system comprises: an fermentation aging chamber; a heat pump configured to supply hot air or cool air into the fermentation aging chamber; a condensation induction unit configured to share a second heat exchange unit of the heat pump, and to draw air inside the fermentation aging chamber to the outside, and heat and condense the air, thereby decreasing absolute humidity, and transferring the air into the fermentation aging chamber; a humidification device installed inside the fermentation aging chamber and configured to operate independently from the heat pump and the condensation induction unit and adjust the humidity inside the fermentation aging chamber; and a control unit configured to control the humidification device, the heat pump, and the condensation induction unit on the basis of information transferred via a temperature humidity sensor. According to the present invention, the raw meat fermentation aging system can rapidly supply cool air or hot air as needed by using the heat pump; does not require using a heater, thus consuming less electricity; and can continuously control the humidity in real time according to necessary conditions for an article to be fermented and aged, thereby providing an optimal environment condition.
