PURPOSE: A molding and packaging device is provided to carry out the process of attaching a dressing cloth for a patient, thick paper and feed paper and packaging the dressing paper. CONSTITUTION: A molding and packaging device comprises a feeder (110), a pre-heater (120), a molder (130), a cooling device (140), a release paper rewinder (150), a thick paper supplier (160), a feed paper (170), a gripper (180), a press cutting device (190), a pitch changer (200), a residue rewinder (210), a packaging device (220) and a cutting device (230). The feeder is supplied by a dressing material cloth (A) with a release paper (B). The release paper rewinder is reeled by separating the release paper from the dressing cloth. The gripper moves horizontally the dressing material cloth with the release paper and the thick paper after the dressing material is folded. The press cutting device cuts the dressing material cloth with the release paper and the thick paper. The pitch changer relocates the dressing material cloth which is cut based on the packaging piece. The residue rewinder is reeled by collecting the residue (E) which is cut in the press cutting device.본 발명은 환부 보호용 드레싱재의 성형 및 포장장치에 관한 것으로, 평판 시트상의 드레싱재 원단을 피더(110)에서 공급하고, 예열기(120)를 지나면서 소정의 온도로 예열된 후 성형기(130)에서 소정의 형태로 성형 및 외곽이 얇게 베벨링되며, 냉각기(140)를 지나면서 급속하게 냉각되어 성형된 상태를 유지할 수 있게 되고, 이형지는 제거되면서 대신 반폭으로 접힌 삽지와 후지가 부착되는 공정을 거치게 되며, 프레스 커팅기(190)에서 낱개로 커팅된 후 피치 변환기(200)에서 포장에 적합한 간격으로 배열된 상태에서 포장기(220)에서 개별포장되는 과정이 일괄적으로 이루어지게 됨으로써 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한다.
