PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate and suppress reaction force to a movable member by contriving a flexible fastener.SOLUTION: A PTP cassette 10 includes an aligning and storing portion 11 for holding PTP medicines 8 while laying them, respectively, mounting them on the upper surface of a storage space bottom member 15, vertically piling them up, aligning them and storing them, and successive dispensing mechanisms 16-19 for performing forward feeding of the movable member 19 to act on the rear end of the bottom one of the PTP medicines 8 along the storage space bottom member 15 by a feed mechanism 16, and the PTP medicines 8 are fed sideways in the order from the bottom and dispensed forward from the dispensing port 13 of the aligning and storing portion 11.
