FIELD: pharmaceutics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analysis and analysis of pharmaceutical preparations, namely to a method for vinpocetine adsorption determination by liposomes, which involves quantitative determination of vinpocetine by spectrophotometry and involves dialysis at temperature of 37 °C for 12 hours in dialyzer with 12 ml of a colloidal solution of liposomes from soya bean lecithin or with an aqueous solution of chloride-hydrogen acid 0.01 M, to place a dialysis test tube filled with 3 ml of an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid 0.01 M, containing vinpocetine in concentration of 0.24 mg/ml, for dialysis membrane is used, transmission characteristic of which is 14 kDa; after achieving alignment, concentration of vinpocetine is measured in a dialysis test tube immersed in a dialysis unit with a liposome solution and a dialysis unit filled with a solution of acid chloride 0.01 M; vinpocetine adsorption by liposomes is determined by the difference in concentration of vinpocetine released into the dialysis medium of the dialyzer with an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid 0.01 M and a dialysis unit with a liposome solution.
