The present disclosure envisages a polyherbal composition comprising the extracts of Curcuma longa, Camellia sinensis and Phyllanthus emblica for alleviating the symptoms and reduces the clinical progression of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF). Further, the composition comprises at least one pharmaceutically acceptable excipient selected from the group consisting of microcrystalline cellulose, modified starch and maltodextrin. The present disclosure also envisages a process for preparing the polyherbal composition for alleviating the symptoms of Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).La présente invention concerne une composition à base de plusieurs plantes médicinales comprenant des extraits de Curcuma longa, de Camellia sinensis et de Phyllanthus emblica permettant datténuer les symptômes et de réduire lévolution clinique dune fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique (IPF). De plus, la composition comprend au moins un excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable choisi dans le groupe constitué par de la cellulose microcristalline, de lamidon modifié et de la maltodextrine. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la composition à base de plusieurs plantes médicinales permettant datténuer les symptômes dune fibrose pulmonaire idiopathique (IPF).
