PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition including antisecretory factors for treating and/or preventing intraocular hypertension, and the use of the pharmaceutical composition for treating and/or preventing the intraocular hypertension.SOLUTION: The antisecretory factors includes: antisecretory proteins and homologues, derivatives and/or fragments thereof having antisecretory activity. The pharmaceutical composition includes the antisecretory factors.
