A subject of the present application is novel imidazolidine-2, 4-dione derivatives of general formula (I) These products have an anti-proliferative activity. They are particularly useful for treating the pathological states and the diseases linked to an abnormal cell proliferation such as cancers. The invention also relates to the pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and their use for the preparation of a medicament.La présente application concerne de nouveaux dérivés dimidazolidine-2,4-dione de formule générale (I). Ces produits ont une activité anti-proliférative. Ils sont particulièrement utiles dans le traitement détats pathologiques et de maladies liées à la prolifération cellulaire anormale tels que les cancers. Linvention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces produits et leur utilisation dans la préparation dun médicament.
