The regulator by changing the size of the flow channels (21) achieves the precise fast and stable controlling of the infusion flow rate and at the same time achieves the intuitive and easy reading of the infusion flow rate and infusion flow quantity. The regulator can facilitate performing a one handed operation and is consistent with a variety of clinical customs and application environments and thus ensures the transfusion safety. Especially when a regular patient s condition suddenly deteriorates the regulator quickly meets the urgent need to change the infusion to be precisely controlled and wins rescue time.
