PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate valve capable of controlling a flow rate of fluid to a constant flow rate regardless of magnitude of pressure of fluid exceeding the constant flow rate.SOLUTION: Provided is a valve body 1 mounted into a fluid flow passage and comprising an elastic material. Provided is a circulation passage 2 penetrating the axial core part of the valve body. An expansion recess part 3 is arranged on the end surface of the valve body on an upstream side so as to surround the periphery of the circulation passage 2. When fluid pressure exceeds a fixed value, the expansion recess part 3 is expanded to block the circulation passage 2. Provided is a check valve on the end surface of the valve body 1 on a downstream side.
