PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double balloon type endoscope device that can be easily inserted into a deep gastrointestinal tract, and gives little pain to a person to be examined even when it is inserted into a deep part.SOLUTION: In a double balloon type endoscope device 10A having a fixing balloon 15 for an endoscope body 11 in an outer periphery on a distal end side of the endoscope body 11, and a fixing balloon 14 in an outer periphery on a distal end side of a sliding tube 12, a propelling balloon 16A for the endoscope body 11 is arranged between a distal end part of the sliding tube 12 and the endoscope body 11. The distal end side of the propelling balloon 16A for the endoscope body 11 is fixed on a proximal end side of the fixing balloon 15 for the endoscope body 11, and the proximal end side is fixed at the distal end of the sliding tube 12.
