摘要:
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: series of inventions relates to medicine. A length-adjustable intramedullary nail system includes outer proximal element, distal element, threaded rod, internal magnet and threaded block. Distal element has a part enclosed in outer proximal element. Threaded shaft is coupled to the distal body to rotate relative thereto. Inner magnet received by the proximal outer body and coupled to the threaded shaft. Threaded block is coupled to the proximal outer body. Threaded rod passes through the threaded block. Inner magnet can be rotated by actuator, comprising at least one magnet to ensure relative axial movement between a) inner magnet, threaded shaft and distal body b) proximal outer body. Actuator for nail length adjustment for intramedullary osteosynthesis, comprising the first and second elements made with possibility of relative axial displacement and inner magnet comprises at least one external magnet is disposed inside first casing with possibility of rotation around axis, which, in fact, parallel to axis of the nail for intramedullary osteosynthesis, for rotation of the inner magnet of the nail for intramedullary osteosynthesis and provision of relative axial movement of the first and second elements for nail length adjustment for intramedullary osteosynthesis. System comprises the nail for intramedullary osteosynthesis and the actuator. Method for adjusting the length of an intramedullary nail, comprising: placing an actuator about a patient's limb such that an outer magnet of the actuator is disposed parallel to an intramedullary nail located within the patients limb. Intramedullary nail including first and second bodies configured for relative axial movement and an inner magnet. Rotating the outer magnet to impart rotation to the inner magnet that results in relative axial movement of the first and second bodies to adjust the length of the intramedullary nail.EFFECT: inventions provide non-invasive elongation or shortening of IM nail
