The present disclosure provides chimeric antigen receptor polypeptides having antigen recognition domains for CD2, CD3, CD4, CD5, CD7, CD8, and CD52 antigens, and polynucleotides encoding them. The present disclosure also provides engineered cells that express the polynucleotide or polypeptide.
