The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying feed and water in a constant amount which particularly controls the amount of the feed and water supply accurately according to the growth of livestock and climate changes so as to help the growth and development of the livestock and to increase productivity. According to the present invention, the feed, contained in a feed container, is supplied through a lower feed supplying pipe body to a feed bunk in a controlled manner. An opening/closing opening is joined to a lower end discharging opening of the feed container. A measuring cup, joined to an inside of the opening/closing opening by a shaft, is rotated by section through a driving means in the outside so as to discharge and supply the feed in a constant amount to the feed bunk in a controlled manner.본 발명은 사료 및 식수의 정량 공급장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 가축의 성장시기, 기후변화 등에 따라 사료 및 식수의 공급량을 정확히 제어하여 가축의 성장발육을 돕고 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하고자 본 발명은, 사료저장통에 담긴 사료가 하부 사료공급관체를 통해 먹이통에 제한적으로 공급하도록 된 사료 및 식수의 정량 공급장치에 있어서, 상기 사료저장통의 하단 배출구에 개폐구가 결합되며 개폐구의 내측에 축 결합된 개량컵이 외측의 구동수단에 의해 구간 회전하면서 사료를 정량씩 제한적으로 방출시켜 상기의 먹이통에 공급하게 되는 사료공급수단이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 사료 및 식수의 정량 공급장치를 제안하는 것이다.
