The method involves obtaining a number of image data sets of a surface area of a cornea during measurement time interval, where a repeated change in topography of the cornea is caused in the measurement time interval due to change in intraocular pressure. The repeated change in the topography of the cornea is determined from the number of image data sets, where change for points (P) of the surface area of the cornea is measured during the topography measurement. Amplitude of the change in the topography of the cornea is measured. An independent claim is also included for an ophthalmologic analyzer.
