To provide shoes capable of preventing or correcting onset of hallux valgus.SOLUTION: In a shoe mainly composed of a sole 1, an inner sole 2, a cushioning material 3, a sock liner 4 and an instep 5, a shape 6 formed by projecting a hallux and a hallux ball is bored in a part corresponding to a hallux and a hallux ball of the inner sole 2 having a thickness of about 5 millimeters. The cushioning material 3 having the same thickness as the inner sole 2, a lower hardness than the inner sole 2, and flexibility is inserted into the part. The sock liner 4 having a hardness in the same degree as the cushioning material 3, flexibility and a thickness of about 3 millimeters is laid thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】外反拇指の発症を防ぎ、或いは矯正する靴の提供。【解決手段】靴底１、中底２、クッション材３、中敷き４、甲皮５を主として構成される靴において、厚さを５ミリ前後とした中底２の拇指と拇指球が対応する部分に拇指と拇指球を投影した形状６を穿設。この部分に中底２と同じ厚さで中底２よりも低い硬さと柔軟性のあるクッション材３を嵌め込む。その上にクッション材３と同程度の硬さで柔軟性を有する厚さが３ミリ前後の中敷き４を敷く。【選択図】図１
