The present invention includes a body which contains soil inside and includes the open top surface； an earthworm chamber which is inserted into the soil contained in the body and which can absorb moisture inputted into the soil and includes earthworm casting inside； and a waste chamber which is inserted into the earthworm casting and which includes a plurality of holes on the lateral surfaces and receives food waste inside. As the earthworm casting is generated when earthworm processes food waste, a little amount of organic waste generated in the home or offices can be processed by raising earthworm in a flowerpot, and inconvenience of separately supplying fertilizers or repotting for caring plants can be reduced.본 발명은 화분에 있어서 내부에 흙을 구비하며 상면이 개구된 본체와, 본체의 흙으로 삽입되며 흙으로 투입되는 수분이 흡수가능하며, 내부에 지렁이 분변토가 존재하는 지렁이챔버와, 상기 분변토에 삽입되며, 측면에 지렁이가 통과하도록 이동공이 다수개 형성되고, 내부에 음식쓰레기가 수용되는 쓰레기챔버로 이루어져, 지렁이가 음식쓰레기를 처리하면서 분변토가 생성되어, 화분에 지렁이를 함께 사육함으로써 가정이나 사무실 등에서 발생하는 소량의 유기성 폐기물을 처리할 수 있음과 동시에 화초를 관리하기 위하여 별도로 비료를 공급해야 하거나 분갈이를 하는 등의 번거로움을 줄일 수 있다.
