PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug management tool capable of surely preventing an integrally packed drug from dropping and easily inserting and removing the integrally packed drug into/from an accommodation part.SOLUTION: A drug management tool 1 includes a sheet main body 10 on which a plurality of accommodation parts 2 for accommodating an integrally packed drug D are provided. The accommodation part 2 accommodates the integrally packed drug D so as to clamp the integrally packed drug D and includes a plurality of irregularities on all or part area of the inner surface of the accommodation part. Thereby, the integrally packed drug D accommodated in the accommodation part 2 is clamped, which securely prevents the integrally packed drug D from dropping.
