Disclosed are a fluid analysis device and a control method of the fluid analysis device. The disclosed fluid analysis device comprises: an actuator provided in one configuration of a fluid analysis device； a mounting part for mounting a fluid receiving cartridge provided with a well in which a fluid sample is contained； a measuring part for emitting light to the fluid receiving cartridge and detecting an optical signal from the light transmitted through the fluid receiving cartridge； and a control part for controlling operation of the actuator such that a beam spot of light irradiated from the measuring part is formed in the center part of the well on the basis of the optical signal detected by the measuring part for performing an accurate inspection of the fluid sample.
