PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leg therapeutic device capable of being smoothly separated from a seat part, and also to provide a massage machine with the leg therapeutic device.SOLUTION: A leg therapeutic device 10 comprises: a telescopic support frame 11 a foot holding body 20 a lower leg holding body 30 and a regulation member 80. The regulation member 80 regulates a shortest route distance between a first fastening part P1 of the support frame 11 and a second fastening part P2 of the lower leg holding body 30 to a preset distance or less. The leg therapeutic device 10 has an open state in which the foot holding body 20 and the support frame 11 are separated from each other, and an extended state in which the support frame 11 is extended.
