PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for inhibiting oxydation of edible oil, which hardly causes oxidation and is convenient at the scene, and free from maintenance, and which exerts the power almost semipermanently.SOLUTION: A transparent glass bead is formed using soda glass and has a fixed size and a spherical, elliptical or raised cheese heads shape, and also sometimes has abacus type spherical shape with a through hole of φ1.0 to 1.5 at the center of the sphere, and the surface thereof is polished or mirror-finished to make oxide hardly adhere to the surface of the bead.
