The present invention relates to an easy-to-screw compression magnesium alloy screw having double screw threads made of a magnesium alloy material and processed by a passivation method on a surface thereof. It comprises a first threaded segment, a shaft connected to the first threaded segment by one end, and a second threaded segment connected to the other end of the shaft. The first threaded segment has an operation hole therein, and a diameter of the first threaded segment is larger than a diameter of the second threaded segment.
