In the present invention, CK exhibited antioxidative activity in hepatocytes and showed an effect of decreasing total cholesterol and triglyceride contents in liver tissue of an animal model of fatty liver. ALT levels were also reduced in the serum of animal models. Accordingly, the present invention discloses a composition for improving fatty liver disease comprising CK as a main component.본 발명에서 CK는 간세포에서 항산화 활성을 나타내었으며 지방간 동물 모델의 간조직에서 총콜레스테롤 및 중성지방 함량 감소 효과를 나타내었다. 또한 동물 모델의 혈청에서 ALT 농도를 감소시켰다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 CK를 주성분으로한 지방성 간질환 개선용 조성물을 개시한다.
