PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently disinfect a fixed cutting edge in a short time.SOLUTION: An antiseptic solution jetting device 2, which is integrated into a cutting device 1 having a cutting edge 33 and a conveyor 30 for conveying a plurality of seed potatoes P in order toward the cutting edge 33, includes a tank 11 which reserves antiseptic solution 10, and nozzles 12a and 12b which pour the antiseptic solution 10 to the cutting edge 33. According to this, it is possible to pour a large quantity of antiseptic solution on the cutting edge 33 as compared with the case of spraying since it pours the antiseptic solution 10 on the cutting edge 33.
