A portable green power multi-functional gaseous/liquid cleaning device is disclosed, which includes a main body, a power source, a solar power device and a negative ion device. The power source has a leakage circuit breaker and a power switch. The main body is provided with an accommodating space therein. The solar power device is connected to a battery module for electricity storage, which can be used as a power source and also can be applied in the installation of lighting equipment such as a gardening light or an emergency lighting lamp. In the disclosed portable green power multi-functional gaseous/liquid cleaning device, the negative ion device installed in the accommodating space of the main body can be utilized to deliver negative ion through a guide pipe, thereby purifying the surrounding air. Also, the guide pipe can be placed in a bathtub so that negative ion bubbles can be formed to massage and wash a users body.
