The present invention relates to a level control apparatus for a pesticide tank. The level control apparatus includes: a lower support frame； and a height adjusting unit which is mounted on the upper surface of the lower support frame and elastically adjusts the height by the weight without an external force. The height adjusting unit includes: a) a leaf spring which is arranged on a side of the lower support frame and has the center part fixed to the upper surface of the lower support frame and both ends mounted in the vertical direction to be elastically moved； b) a support guide rail which has a bar-shaped structure having a flat upper surface and extending in a direction and has a rail arranged on the inside； and c) a roller which is mounted on both ends of the leaf spring and moves in the guide rail in the horizontal direction according to the elastic movement of the leaf spring in the vertical direction.본 발명은 하부 지지 프레임과, 상기 하부 지지 프레임 상면에 장착되며, 외부 동력없이 하중에 따라 탄성적으로 높이가 가변되는 높낮이 조절부를 포함하며, 상기 높낮이 조절부는 a) 하부 지지 프레임의 일측에 배치되며 하부 지지 프레임의 상면에 중앙부가 고정되고 양단은 상하 방향으로 탄성적인 이동이 가능하게 장착되는 판스프링과； b) 상면이 평탄하고 일방향으로 길게 연장된 바 형태의 구조물로서, 내부에 레일이 마련되어 있는 지지 가이드 레일과； c) 상기 판스프링의 양단에 장착되며 판스프링의 탄성적인 상하 이동에 따라 상기 가이드 레일 내부에서 수평적으로 이동하는 회전 롤러；를 포함하여 구성되는 농약 탱크용 수위 조절 장치를 제공한다.
