PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is excellent in cushioning properties and deformation properties and has good air permeability, and moreover is excellent in excrement capturing properties, and can be suitably used as a surface sheet or the like.SOLUTION: The sheet includes: first projection parts projecting to a first face side when planar-viewing the sheet and having internal spaces and second projection parts projecting to a second face side which is opposite to the first face side and having internal space. The first projection parts and the second projection parts are alternately disposed in each of two directions crossing each other in the planar view of the sheet to continuously spread through wall parts toward the direction of a sheet plane. The internal spaces of the first projection parts are opened in the second face side, and the internal spaces of the second projection parts are opened in the first face side.
