PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To harvest a flower bud in a state of being planted on a ridge by a series of continuous processes of cutting off a leafstalk of a vegetable, particularly broccoli, from a stem and cutting a flower bud from the stem to store the flower bud .SOLUTION: A leafstalk push-down device 10 is attached to a lower area of a hopper 1 formed with an upper opening part, a lower opening part and a storage chamber, a leafstalk stripping device 5 made of a pair of opening/closing plates 7, 7 that open/close so as to form a space part 6 at the center when the plates are closed is arranged in a lower area of the hopper and above the push-down device, and a stem cutting device 15 is further arranged above the leafstalk stripping device so that a flower bud is stored in a storage chamber by leaving the opening/closing plates open, followed by closing the opening/closing plates and pushing down the hopper to push down a leafstalk with the push-down device and cutting off the leafstalk with the leafstalk stripping device, after which a stem of the flower bud is cut off with the cutting device to store the flower bud in the storage chamber.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】野菜、特にブロッコリーの葉柄を茎から切り落とし花蕾を茎から切断し花蕾を収納する作業を連続した一連の工程により行い、畝上に植生されている状態のまま花蕾を収穫できるようにしたものである。【解決手段】上部開口部と下部開口部と収納室を形成したホッパー1の下部に葉柄の押下げ装置10を取付け、前記ホッパーの下部には前記押下げ装置よりも上方に設け閉塞時には中央部に空間部6を形成するように開閉する一対の開閉板7、7よりなる葉柄剥ぎ取り装置5を設け、さらに、葉柄剥ぎ取り装置の上方に設けた茎切断装置15を設け、前記開閉板を開放した状態で花蕾を収納室内に収納したあとにその前記開閉板を閉塞しホッパーを押下げることにより前記押下げ装置によって葉柄を押下げて葉柄剥ぎ取り装置により葉柄を切断した後に切断装置によって花蕾の茎を切断し花蕾を収納室内に収納するものである。【選択図】図1
