PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method in which fry time can be reduced from a point of improving a fry retainer.SOLUTION: There is provided a porosity fry retainer that is used for production of a fry noodle mass, and includes: a retainer body in which two or more cup-shaped containers are consecutively disposed and integrated and a retainer lid in which two or more lid parts are consecutively disposed to be integrated correspondingly to apertural areas of the respective cup-shaped containers of the retainer body.
