The rotor includes: a stopper which is compressed on the rope to be fixated a body which covers the rope to accommodate the stopper therein and moves within a limited range as an edge in a lengthwise direction is snagged by the stopper an upper loop joined to the body a swivel joined to the upper loop and a loop unit which comprises a lower loop which has one end portion, joined to the swivel, and the other portion joined to a fishing line.
