PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle knob of a fishing reel, which can prevent the corotation of a cap member and a knob portion.SOLUTION: This handle knob 23 has a cylinder portion 31 which is rotatably mounted on a knob shaft 22 in a state incapable of being moved in the axial direction, a knob portion 32 adhered and fixed to cover the outer peripheral side of the cylinder portion 31, and a cap member 33 for closing the tip opening of the knob portion 32.
