Method and device for aiding the choice of a piece of equipment comprising at least one ophthalmic lens and a frame, method and device for selecting such a piece of equipment
A method for aiding the choice, by a future wearer, of a piece of visual equipment including at least one ophthalmic lens and a spectacle frame, includes the following steps: receiving at least first and second data items representative of first and second distances measured between an eye of the wearer and the frame； determining a first width and a second width, associated with the first data item and the second data item, respectively, by comparing, for each data item, the lower and upper limits of a range of values associated with the distance represented by the data item in question； and constructing an image including a first portion having the first width and a second portion having the second width, the first portion and the second portion being juxtaposed in the image. A method allowing a future wearer to select such a piece of equipment is also described.
