PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector facilitating an opening/closing operation of a wire panel and to provide a cage for pet using the connector.SOLUTION: A connector includes: a first part 81 including a first groove 813 and a second groove 814 formed parallel to each other along an X axis direction on a front face 81a side, an engagement part 815 formed on the front face side 81a, and a third groove formed along a Y axis direction crossing the X axis direction in a plane view and a second part 82 having a through hole formed between a front face 82a and a rear face 82b. The second part 82 can rotation-operate relatively to the first part 81 in a state in which the front face 81a faces the rear face 82b and the engagement part 815 is inserted into the through hole.
