SOLUTION: Albumin is mixed with a substance known to adsorb albumin and is made to support albumin adsorbent substance. A method provided is that, after cross-linking the albumin, it is applied to a material surface so as to completely cover the whole material surface with albumin supporting the albumin adsorbent substance.
