PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of maintaining a fertilizer feeding speed or preventing fertilizer clogging without strengthening feeding air and capable of reducing labor to be consumed by a worker when discharging a residual fertilizer by turning a storage hopper.SOLUTION: In a traveling vehicle body 2, a seedling planting part 4 including a plurality of seedling planting devices 52 for planting seedlings is provided in a freely vertically movable manner, and a fertilizer applicator 5 is provided for applying a fertilizer to the seedlings planted by the plurality of seedling planting devices 52. At one of right and left sides of the fertilizer applicator 5, an air generator 58 is provided for generating fertilizer feeding air. In a rear part of the fertilizer applicator 5, a plurality of fertilizer discharge ports 95 for discharging the fertilizers are provided at predetermined intervals from one side to the another side in a lateral direction.
