Disclosed are a system and method for removing stones by means of a percutaneous nephroscope, involving using a perfusion channel (5) to connect a water inlet valve (9) of a side face of an outer sheath (1) to a perfusion suction source (4), and placing a distal end of the outer sheath (1) into a kidney connecting an inner sheath (2) with a suction valve body (3) and using a suction channel (6) to connect the suction valve body (3) and the perfusion suction source (4) starting the perfusion suction source (4) and making perfusion fluid perfuse into the kidney successively through the perfusion channel (5), the water inlet valve (9) of the side face of the outer sheath (1), a sandwich layer channel (17) between the inner sheath (2) and the outer sheath (1), and a water outlet hole (8) of the distal end of the outer sheath (1), and the perfusion fluid in the kidney successively passes through an inside channel (18) in the inner sheath (2), a stone removal channel (11) of the suction valve body (3), and the suction channel (6) to be expelled out of the body, creating a continuous flow of perfusion fluid in the kidney an endoscope (7) being inserted via an in-valve channel (14) in the suction valve body (3), and entering the kidney through the inside channel (18) in the inner sheath (2) to perform a stone crushing operation, and the stones, along with the perfusion fluid, successively passing through the inside channel (18) in the inner sheath (20, the stone removal channel (11) of the suction valve body (3), and the suction channel (6) to be expelled out of the body.Linvention concerne un système et un procédé délimination de calculs au moyen dun néphroscope percutané, consistant à utiliser un canal de perfusion (5) pour raccorder une vanne dentrée deau (9) dune face latérale dune gaine externe (1) à une source daspiration de perfusion (4), et à placer une extrémité distale de la gaine externe (1) dans un rein à raccorder une gaine interne (2) à un corps de valve daspi
