The present invention relates to a local ventilation device and, more specifically, to a portable IC-type local ventilation system capable of increasing filtering efficiency by applying an ion cluster effective to the removal of smell, pathogen, such as bacteria, virus, and the like, and harmful chemical substances, such as formaldehyde, toluene, benzene, and the like, to the local ventilation device. In a local ventilation device to discharge dust, smell, or harmful substances to the outside, the portable IC-type local ventilation device according to the present invention comprises: a frame； a flexible hose-type air intake pipe connected to the top of the frame to be movable in vertical and lateral directions； an ion cluster (IC) installed inside the frame and connected to the air intake pipe； a filter arranged between the air intake pipe and the ion cluster； a blower fan installed inside the frame and connected to the ion cluster； an outlet formed on the rear or side surface of the frame and connected to the blower fan； a control panel and a power plug arranged on the front or side surface of the frame； and a caster installed on the bottom of the frame.본 발명은 국소배기장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 국소배기장치에 냄새뿐만 아니라 박테리아, 세균, 바이러스 등의 병원균 및 포름알데히드, 톨루엔, 벤젠 등의 유해화학물질의 제거에 효과적인 이온 클러스터를 적용함으로써 여과효율이 증대되는 IC 타입 이동형 국소배기장치에 관한 것이다.보다 구체적으로 본 발명에 대하여 설명하면, 본 발명은 분진, 냄새 또는 유해물질을 외부로 배출하기 위한 국소배기장치에 있어서, 프레임(Frame), 상기 프레임의 상단에 연결되며, 상·하·좌·우 방향으로 이동 가능한 플렉시블 호스(Flexible Hose) 형태의 흡기관(吸氣管), 상기 프레임의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 흡기관과 연결되는 이온 클러스터(Ion Cluster: IC), 상기 흡기관과 이온 클러스터 사이에 배치되는 필터(Filter), 상기 프레임의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 이온 클러스터와 연결되는 블로워팬(Blower Fan), 상기 프레임의 후면 또는 측면에 형성되며, 상기 블로워팬과 연결되는 배출구, 상기 프레임의 전면 또는 측면에 배치되는 조작 판넬과 전원 플러그 및 상기 프레임의 하단에 설치되는 캐스터(Caster)를 포함하는 IC 타입 이동형 국소배기장치를 제공한다.
