PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency treatment instrument which is free from an entanglement of cord even when the operation part is rotated for rotating the tip.SOLUTION: This instrument comprises a flexible tube inserted in a body cavity, an operation wire which is freely inserted back and forth in the flexible tube, a treatment part mounted at the tip of the operation wire for treating an affected part by applying high-frequency current, a high-frequency current applying part which is directly attached to the operation wire and applies the high-frequency current, and an operation part which is added to the base end part of the flexible tube for operating the treatment part via the operation wire, and the operation part has an operation wire insertion hole for inserting the operation wire and a slit part which is penetrated to the orthogonal direction to the axial line of the operation part while it is mounted over the predetermined area to the axial line direction and the operation wire is freely moved back and forth inside, and it has a rotary operation part which rotates around the axial line independently from the high-frequency current applying part while it rotates together with the treatment part via the operation wire and a first operation auxiliary part which is supported to freely slide to the axial line direction of the rotary operation part and aids the operation of the treatment part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】先端の処置部を回転させるために操作部を回転させても高周波電源接続コードが操作部に巻きつかない高周波処置具を提供する。【解決手段】体腔内に挿入される可撓管と、可撓管内に進退自在に挿通された操作ワイヤと、操作ワイヤ先端部に配置され高周波電流の印加により患部を処置する処置部と、操作ワイヤに当接して高周波電流を印加する高周波印加部と、可撓管の基端部に付設され操作ワイヤを介して処置部を操作する操作部とを備え、操作部は操作ワイヤを挿入するための操作ワイヤ挿入孔、操作部の軸線に対して直交する方向に貫通すると共に軸線方向に所定の範囲に渡って設けられ内部を操作ワイヤが進退自在に移動するスリット部を有し、且つ軸線周りに高周波印加部とは独立して回転すると共に操作ワイヤを介して処置部と一体的に回転する回転操作部と回転操作部の軸線方向にスライド自在に支持され処置部の操作を補助する第1操作補助部を備えている。【選択図】図3
