Je popsáno použití konjugátu folát-flouresceinisothiokyanátu (neboli –FITC) nebo folát-dinitrofenylu, a sloučeniny schopné stimulace endogenní imunitní odpovědi pro výrobu léčiva používaného pro zvyšování specifické eliminace populace tumorových buněk zprostředkované endogenní imunitní odpovědí u hostitelského živočicha s touto populací, jakož i farmaceutického prostředku, který obsahuje terapeuticky účinná množství uvedeného konjugátu schopného specifické vazby na populaci tumorových buněk v hostitelském živočichovi, pro specifickou eliminaci těchto buněk prostřednictvím imunitní odpovědi.In the present invention, there is described the use of a folate fluorescein isothiocyanate conjugate (i.e. &ndash； FITC) or folate-dinitrophenyl, and a compound capable of stimulating an endogenous immune response for the preparation of a medicament used for enhancing the endogenous immune response-mediated elimination of a population of tumor cells in a host animal, as well as a pharmaceutical composition comprising therapeutically effective amounts of the said conjugate capable of specific binding to a population of tumor cells in a host animal for specific elimination of said cells by an acquired or innate immune response.
