The present invention relates to an asymmetric artificial knee joint. More specifically, the asymmetric artificial knee joint comprises: a bearing member having an inside groove part and an outside groove part and a thighbone coupling member disposed on the top surface of the bearing member, and having an inside condyle and an outside condyle. The position of an outside groove point on the outside groove part of the bearing member is defined in front of the position of an inside groove point on the inside groove part thereof. A distance from the central surface of the bearing member to an inside groove point surface including the inside groove point of the inside groove part is longer than a distance from the central surface of the bearing member to an outside groove point surface including the outside groove point of the outside groove part. A distance from the central surface of the thighbone coupling member to an inside peak surface including the peak of the inside condyle is longer than a distance from the central surface of the thighbone coupling member to an outside peak surface including the peak of the outside condyle. The artificial knee joint is moved on the basis of the inside groove part of the bearing member and the inside condyle of the thighbone coupling member, and thus abrasion biased to the inside of the bearing member is prevented. Also, a load applied to a knee is uniformly distributed to the inside and the outside thereof.본 발명은 비대칭 인공슬관절에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 내측홈부와 외측홈부를 가지는 베어링부재와, 베어링부재 상면에 위치하여 내측관절구와 외측관절구를 가지는 대퇴골결합부재를 포함하고, 상기 베어링부재는 외측홈부 상의 외측홈점의 위치가 내측홈부 상의 내측홈점의 위치보다 전방에 위치하도록 구성되며, 베어링부재의 중심면에서부터 내측홈부의 내측홈점을 포함하는 내측홈점면까지의 거리를 베어링부재의 중심면에서부터 외측홈부의 외측홈점을 포함하는 외측홈점면까지의 거리보다 크게 하고, 상기 대퇴골결합부재는 대퇴골결합부재의 중심면에서부터 내측관절구의 정점을 포함하는 내측정점면까지의 거리를 대퇴골결합부재의 중심면에서부터 외측관절구의 정점을 포함하는 외측정점면까지의 거리보다 크게 한 것으로, 인공슬관절이 베어링부재의 내측홈부와 대퇴골결합부재의 내측관절구를 중심으로 운동하도록 하여 베어링부재의 내측으로 편향된 마모를 방지하며, 무릎에 가해지는 하중이 내측과 외측에 균등히 분배되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비대칭 인공슬관절에 관한 것이다.
