PURPOSE: An artificial nanofiber amnion membranes and a method of making the same are provided to obtain cure effect of burn or wound by using wider surface about a volume by the vertex of an electrospinning. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave is irradiated to an amnion under the pr0esence of 3-mercaptopropionic acid and acetic acid. The component of amnion is extracted. The extracted amnion component is dissolved like the collagen in solvent. The polyurethane is dissolved in solvent. A nano fiber is manufacture by co-spinning of the solution in which the polyurethanes is dissolved and the solution in which the amnion component and collagen are dissolved.본 발명의 목적은 양막의 성분이 함유된 나노섬유 인공양막을 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 보다 구체적으로, 양막 성분 및 콜라겐 혼합물 및 폴리우레탄의 공 방사 (co-spinning) 하여 나노섬유 인공양막을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 인공양막은 가격적인 면에서 절감효과를 가지고 있으며, 전기방사의 장점으로 부피에 대한 표면적이 넓은 점을 이용하여 화상이나 상처치료 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
