The present invention relates to a drug carrier having a cell targeting and drug release function, which provides the drug carrier comprising a site bound to a specific cell surface, a site having a drug release function, and a target drug. The drug carrier of the present invention can be conveniently prepared by a substance that is bound to the specific cell surface and a substance that induces endosome structural changes to increase drug release, and also targets specific cells to be partitioned into endosome at the same time increases drug release in endosome, thereby being able to specifically kill specific cells.
