Provided are a flying pest insect repelling product and a flying pest insect repelling method having excellent repelling effect against flying pest insects while leveraging the characteristics of a silicone rubber. In the flying pest insect repelling product 100, a flying pest insect repelling aroma composition containing a flying pest insect repelling aroma component is held in a rubber molded body having a hardness of 45 or less and containing a silicone rubber, the flying pest insect repelling aroma composition being held in an inserted state into gaps within the molecular structure of the rubber constituting the rubber molded body. The rubber molded body is provided with: a band body 10 comprising parts containing at least one hollow shape and an outer contour portion surrounding the hollow shape； and a linking portion 20 for linking or bringing closer to one another the end portions of the band body 10 to form a stretchable ring portion wherethrough a portion of a human body or an object is inserted or fitted. The flying pest insect repelling product 100 is configured in such a manner that the flying pest insect repelling aroma component volatilizes from the surface of the rubber molded body.
