PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed wherein transfer from the bed to a wheelchair or the like or transfer from the wheelchair or the like to the bed is safe and easy.SOLUTION: In this bed (1) including an openable/closable opening/closing fence (4), the inner side face of the opening/closing fence (4) is provided with a kneepad part (9) made of a flexible material against which knees of a user knocks when transferring from the bed (1) or to the bed (1). In the kneepad part (9), a kneepad (21) made of the flexible material is detachably installed to the opening/closing fence (4). In the kneepad part (9), the kneepad (21) can be also installed to either of the front and the rear of the opening/closing fence (4). The opening/closing fence (4) can be fixable halfway through an opening/closing angle, a tip upper part of the opening/closing fence (4) can be formed with a grip part (8) projecting in a nearly spherical state capable of being gripped by the user. Moreover, an upper part of the opening/closing fence (4) can be formed with a grasp part (7) capable of being grasped by the user, and the upper face and the lower face of the grasp part (7) can be formed with uneven slip stoppers (13, 14).COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドから車いす等への移乗や車いす等からベッドへの移乗が安全で容易なベッドを提供すること。【解決手段】本発明では、開閉可能な開閉柵(4)を有するベッド(1)において、開閉柵(4)の内側面に、ベッド(1)からの又はベッド(1)への移乗時に使用者の膝を突き当てることができる柔軟素材からなる膝当て部(9)を形成することにした。膝当て部(9)は、開閉柵(4)に柔軟素材からなる膝当てパッド(21)を着脱可能に装着して構成することにした。また、膝当て部(9)は、膝当てパッド(21)を開閉柵(4)の表裏いずれにも装着可能に構成することにした。また、開閉柵(4)を開閉角度の途中で固定可能としてもよく、開閉柵(4)の先端上部に使用者が掴むことができる略球状に張出した掴み部(8)を形成してもよく、さらには、開閉柵(4)の上部に使用者が握ることができる握り部(7)を形成するとともに、握り部(7)の上面及び下面に凹凸状の滑り止め(13,14)を形成してもよい。【選択図】図2
